JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Uma Shankar Prasad Singh, the learned A.P.P. for the State. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Digha PS case no. 319 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 448, 380/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. It is apparent from the order sheets that no body has been repeatedly appearing in the present case and the learned APP for the State has also informed this Court that on several occasions, the present case has been listed but no body has bothered to appear on behalf of the petitioner, hence it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the present case. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, however with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate
