The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.282 of 2019 dated 10.10.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .
Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 77.850 ltrs. of liquor from the Bathan of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not present there and the Bathan is the open place. He is in custody for more than two months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge (Excise) Act, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.282 of 2019 dated 10.10.2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the case.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
