2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 (2), 115(2), 189 (5), 191 (2), 109 (1), 303 ( 2), 352, 351 (3) and 190 BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., informant alleged that on 19.07.2025 , all the accused persons including these petitioners came and assaulted family members of informant and also abused and threatened to kill them.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Allegation is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injuries sustained by the injuries are simple in nature .

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 158 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
