The petitioner is in custody in connection with Digha P.S.Case No.674 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under sections 37(a), 37(b) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, petitioner who was a tempo driver arresting in drunken condition.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false. Dispute arose with respect to parking. He has remained in custody for more than two months. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the
