====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 418 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons along with some unknown miscreants, under a conspiracy, killed the brother of informant by gunshot, due to land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he is only alleged to be one of the conspirators. Petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2025

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.720 of 2026(4) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.
