Learned counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit which is taken on record.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the land on which construction is being is Gairmazarua land. Learned counsel for the petitioner has alternative remedy to challenge the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 02 of 2017-18 before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna. Hence, he seeks permission to challenge the said order before the BLT.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1596 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 02 of 2017-18 before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.
