04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5/6/7 of Immoral Trafficking Act.

As per F.I.R., the petitioner is said to be Manager of a Hotel at Aurangabad, where it is alleged that some pairs were found in objectionable condition. It is further alleged that the petitioner alongwith other accused persons are promoting such type of illegitimate work to accelerate the hotel business. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. In fact, when the raid was conducted in the hotel, the petitioner was not present there.

Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Twon) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
