This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil Ps Case no.414 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 302/201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far prosecution case is concerned, petitioner had called the deceased from his house thereafter the deceased who had gone on a Pulsar Motorcycle had not returned and later on his dead body was found 500 yards away from the house of the petitioner and it further appears that the motorcycle and one sandal of the deceased were found from the Gaushala of the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that there are strong circumstances against the petitioner as the deceased was called by this petitioner and later on dead body was recovered near the house of the petitioner and apart from motorcycle and sandal of the deceased was found from the Gaushala..

Having heard both sides and considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner . With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
