2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for that the writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding that the petitioner making prayer from Hon'ble Court to direction the Respondents to settled the land

Patna High Court CWJC No.2313 of 2026(4) dt.16-06-2026 2/3 on the basis of 14/16-6-1972 Notification dated 15-8-1972 issued by the Govt. of Bihar Revenue land Reforms Department Bihar (Secretary) as stated Kandika (k) and provided Land to Army Man and also prayer to set aside the case No. 1/83-84 passed by the Deputy Land Collector Aurangabad dated 01-05-1991;

(ii) for that where by and where under that the petitioner he was Ex Army Man and he was joined the service vide on 22 January 1963 and he was retired from service vide on 08 November 1972. That During the course of his service he was participated in fought against 1965 and 1971 was for the Nation;

(iii) for that as per Notification of Bihar Government as Notification of letter No.4 / kha M-Nitee 101/72-4725/Ra Revenue Land Reforms Department has provide Land of Army Man for settled of Land in case of through settlement case No.1/83-84;

(iv) for that on the basis of Notification he

Patna High Court CWJC No.2313 of 2026(4) dt.16-06-2026 3/3 was cultivated and possession of Land as Khata No. 86 Plot 1008 Rakba 1.28 decimals with much prior from concern department as Revenue please settled the Land in my favour but they have denied;

(v) for that the petitioner is entitle to any reliefs.

3. On 24.03.2026, the matter was adjourned for 16.06.2026.

5. The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
