2. This application has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for noncompliance of order dated 07.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 5441 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that in paragraph 7 of the second show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 5, it is stated that all the dues of the petitioner has been paid to him and nothing remained with the department and regular pension is being granted to him, in this connection Annexure-R/3 (Series) is annexed to the

Patna High Court MJC No.5392 of 2019(10) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 supplementary show cause.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the opposite party, this court does not find any merit in this application.

5. This contempt application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if any grievance remains, he may file fresh application in accordance with law. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U
