The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.549 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing of sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of bullet motorcycle.

Admittedly the deceased sister of the informant died within two years of her marriage at her Maika and her dead body was disposed without giving knowledge to the family of the deceased.

According, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, prayer for anticipatory bail application
