JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (a) For quashing the order dated 21.5.2019 issued under signature of the respondent no.2 vide Reference no.552/19.

(b) For quashing of the order contained in item no.10 passed under Reference No.2175/18 dated 14.9.18 under the signature of the respondent no.2.

(c) For a direction to the respondents to accept the subscription for the year 2015-16 to 2017-18 with interest as

(d) To declare section 16(7) intra vires to the scheme and purpose of the Bihar State Advocate Welfare fund Act, 1983."

Admittedly the petitioner has got no case in view of the provisions contained in the Bihar State Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1983, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for sympathetic consideration of her case. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
