In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.473 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 342, 504, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is to have caused the injury on the elbow of the victim, however, the doctor has found that the injuries are simple in nature. Counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are own relatives and a title partition suit is also pending between them.

Case no.473 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
