The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhgwanpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 307, 379, 504, 506, 354 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019. The accusation is that petitioner showing himself bachelor performed Nikah with the informant Naziya Parveen and took her at matrimonial house, where petitioner took her nude photograph and after 15 days, the petitioner left the house for abroad (Saudi) from where, he announced Talak on mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the present case, he is in custody since 20.08.2019. After investigation, the Police submitted Chargesheet.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019.
