Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.87231 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 Both petitioners are named in the First Information Report but the specific allegation of assault causing head injury to Informant is attributed to co-accused Amir Alam. The injury report which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition shows that only one head injury was found on the person of the injured. Although, the aforesaid injury is said to be grievous in nature but injury report does not indicate any participation of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Vikash/- U T
