2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that specific accusation of threatening and sending obscene video of informant's daughter on whatsapp of informant is against co-accused Akash Kumar Sah and petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be father of co-accused Akash Kumar Sah. There is absolutely no allegation against this petitioner and he claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 291 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
