The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 for offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. Allegation against the petitioner relates to illegality in election of beneficiary under the HSDP scheme by Sri Saryu Babu Engineers for Resource Development, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Co-accused Sanjeev Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 7.1.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 57227 of 2018. In order to maintain consistency, the Court is inclined
