This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44825 of 2019, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Considering the averments made in the application, this application is allowed.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2512 of 2020(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 dated 22.07.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44825 of 2019, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
