Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395,397 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics and biased intention. The name of the petitioner has been transpired on his own confessional statement during course of investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
