Petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar (Champra Nagar) P.S. 232 of 2019 registered under sections 302, 63, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after ten days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Babul Rajwar. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.
