2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56298 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner himself is the victim in present case. As a matter of fact, informant paid the amount to secure government job, which itself is unlawful and he cannot claim to have been cheated. It is further submitted that no amount, directly or indirectly, has been transferred in the account of this petitioner. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2025.

4. Considering the period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Mansi Rail, Sub Division Rail Barauni, District Rail Katihar in connection with Mansi Rail P. S. Case No. 03 of 2022.
