Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 420, 504, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case with ulterior motive merely in order to pressurizing the petitioner for extorting money. The present complaint has been filed after about three years of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay . Petitioner is a married man having clean antecedent.

Case No. 209 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
