2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 382 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with one other accused person, entered into the house of informant and took away cash of Rs. 2 lacs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of eight days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1042 of 2026(2) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 for bail and submits that petitioner has been identified by the informant and others.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on record, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
