Petitioner is accused in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1120 of 2019 registered under Sections 400, 401, 402, 414/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered form the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
