The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.08.2019 to the extent that the period of surrender be extended for a further period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below in terms of order dated 28.08.2019 and within time granted by this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.254 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28705 of 2019 to the extent that the time granted by this Court for surrender of the petitioner be extended by further two weeks from today.
