ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2019 in connection with Muffasil (Munger) P.S. Case No.399 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had attacked the informant with Lathi and Mukka. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is involved in four other cases in which he has already been released on bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall take all necessary steps and
