Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3709 (C) of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased was suffering from mental disorder since before her marriage with the petitioner which was not informed to the petitioner, as is evident from the documents enclosed as Annexure-2.
