2. The present application has been filed for modification of anticipatory bail order dated 16.10. 2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62540 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that "the petitioner was engaged in some medical problem due to his old age, therefore he could not appear before the learned court of C.J.M. Gopalganj within the stipulated time."

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86885 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 terms of the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62540 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
