JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Masaurhi P. S. Case No. 818 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. in two parts, in earlier part, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and in later part, petitioner is named. There is general allegation of assault and also of firing. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him. There is no allegation of firm arm injury. The injury is simple in nature, that is not on the vital part of the body. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2129 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P. S. Case No. 818 of 2019.
