The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 783 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 23.250 liters of English wine from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 29.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
