This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case no.692 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was arrested driving a motorcycle without number and it is stated that he has snatched the motorcycle and from other co-accused there is recovery of loaded country-made pistil. It further appears that the petitioner is accused in two other cases of similar nature. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 3.10.2019. Charge sheet has already been

Having heard both sides and considering the allegations as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge has been framed, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
