JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chanan P. S. Case No.141 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) A/26/35 of Arms Act and Sections 37)b)(c) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Petitioners were arrested in drunken condition causing nuisance firing of sword and pistol.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegation is false. They have been made accused due to village enmity and are in custody since 29.10.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87014 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 made above, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P. S. Case No. 141 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
