2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P. S. Case No.276 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The accusation of this petitioner is that she submitted forged mark-sheet along with her application for the Post of Sewika.
4. However, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had submitted her genuine marks-sheet along with her application, but due to village politics someone removed her genuine marks-sheet and placed a forged markssheet along with petition of the petitioner. Learned counsel for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86687 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 the petitioner submits that moreover, when petitioner came to know about the above stated development, she did not join the above stated post.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioner is a woman, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P. S. Case No.276 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) vikash U T
