The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 466 of 2017 registered under Sections 120 (B), 384, 307, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5397 of 2020(5) dt.01-02-2022 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is civil dispute between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal history.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 466 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
