2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the counter affidavit has been filed online.

3. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR of Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 184/2018 and its entire investigation registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 474, 420, 353, 504 of I.P.C. pending in the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted.

5. In these circumstances, this application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage if cognizance is taken.
