Mr. Md. Nazir Ansari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gamharia P. S. Case No. 124 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC.

F.I.R. is against unknown with an allegation that four miscreants coming on two motorcycles, they intercepted the informant, gave farsa blow to him and snatched his motorcycle, mobile phone and Rs.1500/- from him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that his name transpires on the confessional statement of the coaccused. He is in custody since 24.09.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that petitioner is accused in three other cases also of similar nature.

No.2545 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submission, made above and as the petitioner has not been put on TIP, in spite of charge sheet has been submitted, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhpura, in connection with Gamharia P. S. Case No. 124 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that after release, he has to appear before the police of his local area in the first week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Madhepura, for needful.
