The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):
"1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of the writ in the nature of or any other appropriate writ, order / direction for quashing the order dated 5-11-19 contained in memo No. 854 passed by District Magistrate cum-Collector, Nawada by which case no. 41 (R)/2017 filed by the petitioner for cancellation Basgit Parcha issued in favour of Respondent no. 3 by Respondent No. 2 has been dismissed.

After some argument, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1497 of 2020(13) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to move an appropriate application under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, the instant application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case such an application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned authority under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act in considering the application for condonation of delay will take into consideration the period for which the instant application remained pending in this Court.
