JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2025 Heard Mr. Arun Kumar Lal along with Mr. Natraj Verma, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha, learned AC to GP 23 for the State.

Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this writ application is for issuance of a direction to the Respondents to make the payment to the petitioner from the Anudan Rashi received by Respondent No.8 granted by the State Government through Respondent Bihar School Examination Board in accordance with the guideline

Patna High Court CWJC No.3521 of 2020(4) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 given by the State Government in the letter dated 8.1.2019 contained in Annexure 3."

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents no.4 and 5. It has been stated in paragraph no.8 that the petitioner had worked only for 119 days in the session 201214 and the amount of one day has been correctly calculated by the committee as per the guidelines of the Education Department @ 175.50 and accordingly the petitioner has been paid Rs.21,000/- for the number of days of the duty he has discharged.

4. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the action of the Managing Committee, in any manner, may prefer money suit for realization of the amount.
