Patna High Court CWJC No.1344 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/3 operative Department for redressal of his grievance, viz the payment of his rightful dues for having supplied 60 quintals of paddy in the Kharif year 2014-2015. During the course of argument, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Advocate, for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, has submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be assessed by the Registrar of the Co-operative Department and if it is found to be payable, only then can the amount be paid. The BSFC is not required to pay the bill raised by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application in order to pursue his remedies before the Registrar of the Co-operative Department.

It is expected that in event of filing of necessary application before him, a decision shall be taken without any delay as the procurement is of the year 2014-2015 and the decision shall be communicated
