Patna High Court CWJC No.2265 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/3 writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, rule, direction commanding the respondent authorities to provide protection and proper safeguard to the properties of S.K.G. Consolidated Ltd. (i.e. SKG Sugar Mills Limited, SKG Distillery Limited and SKG Fiscal Limited) Hathua, Mirganj, Gopalganj which is being stolen / removed and looted away by unscrupulous persons and even the order of Collector, Gopalganj is not being allowed to be effected by the S.D.O. Hathua and the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon and SHO, Mirganj, DistrictGopalganj and they are allowing the properties of the mills to be stolen away, looted and sold away as also the premises are being encroached by taking over the possession of the mills in question without there being any authority of law."

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be approaching the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj for redressal of their aforesaid grievances,

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj for redressal of aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today whereupon the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
