The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No.185 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of country-made pistol and cartridges from the petitioner. Petitioner is accused in one more case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for more than nine months. Charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.87200 of 2019(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM,, Bettiah,West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S.Case No.185 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
