Mr.Pushpa Sinha.1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P. S. Case No. 194 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of dacoity.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not named in the F.I.R., later on, he has been identified by the informant and other witnesses, as they have stated in their statements u/s 164 Cr.P.C. that he can identify them, seeing their faces. Further submission is that he is in custody for four months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground of identification as well as the fact that petitioner is accused in five other cases.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87063 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
