Petitioners are accused in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.11.2019.
