2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 05.08.2025 in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 02.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 80, 238 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. According to prosecution case, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Arun Kumar on 28.04.2024 and after the marriage the daughter's-in-law started demanding dowry and they also threatened about the performance of the second marriage of her husband with some other girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.66 of 2026(3) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 petitioner has clean antecedent and the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused merely on the ground that he is husband of the deceased.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner and other co-accused persons after committing crime in question, disposed of the dead body of the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that petitioner with the help of other co-accused persons have disposed of the dead body of the deceased and petitioner is the husband of the deceased and despite of this, the dead body of the deceased has not been traced as yet, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.

7. Prayer is refused.
