Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 877 of 2018 registered under sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 I.P.C. was added.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute between the parties. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Suraj Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 877 of 2018.
