2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P. S. Case No.313 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.

3. Petitioners are said to have given lathi blow causing head injury to informant. It is obvious from perusal of the first information report that except Section 307 of the I.P.C., all the Sections are bailable in nature. Moreover, the impugned order goes to show that the informant sustained simple injury.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1329 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P. S. Case No.313 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
