The petitioner, who is mother in law of the deceased seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 819/2019 dated 14.09.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against her. Altogether six persons have been made accused in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87067 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 and some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and taking into account the old age of the petitioner, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 819/2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
