This Court must record its appreciation for the efforts taken by Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned Counsel for the University, pursuant to which a sum of Rs. 14,66,382/-, being found admissible towards petitioner's husband retiral dues, have been paid to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1487 of 2020(9) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 petitioner today itself.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this submission. He, however, submits that if the petitioner finds that she has still any grievance, she would approach the authorities in respect thereof.
This takes care of the grievance of the petitioner and keeping this matter pending would serve no useful purpose. This writ application is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with the liberty as aforesaid.
