The petitioner has participated in the process of selection being done by the Bihar Rural Development Department for the position of District Finance Manager. It is his complain that the selection process required preparation of a wait-list and candidates to be selected from the wait-list for two years. In respect of the various posts for which a common selection process was being done wait-list has been prepared based on the number of candidates who qualified. However, the Authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.2716 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 have not prepared a wait-list for the District Finance Manager in the Scheduled Caste reserved category.

This Court, however, would not go into the issues, at the moment. The petitioner has raised the grievance before the Director of the Department (Respondent no.2). The writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 to communicate a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's claim (Annexure-6 series) expeditiously and without any undue delay.
