ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.360 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 427, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has surfaced on the basis of the statement of two named accused persons, who have falsely implicated the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It is further
